Agent/Office Internet & Program Trainer

I am a Licensed NJ Real Estate Agent for 15 years, Administrator/Technology Manager for Daniel Bozza and Technology Trainer for RE/MAX Central. Freelance Trainer for Agents and Offices as far as Indiana via in-person or online. I had the pleasure of participating as a Guest Speaker in 3 breakout sessions at the RE/MAX Sales Rally in Indiana this past November. It was an experience I will not forget! I perform training on the features, usability and SEO of the Reliance Network RE/MAX website as well as page modifications to better suit individual agent needs and gains relating to SEO. I also develop, host and manage weblogs on a per agent basis.
I have been married to Daniel for 25 years; we have 3 grown children and reside in Monroe Twp. I have a passion for anything internet related as well as cooking, spending time with my family, playing guitar, organization, children, elders and special needs individuals. I have spent 2 years working with troubled teens through a group home in Chester NJ which recently closed. I am also involved with the organization for Mentally Handicapped Citizens and well as a member of the Handicapped Accessible housing program.  I also write articles pertaining to D.Y.F.S issues.

I met Dolores Bozza at a Re/max convention just a couple months ago.  She was a guest speaker at one of the many break-out sessions available to the attendees.  This particular one-hour session was divided between three speakers.  In that short amount of time allotted her, I quickly realized that her understanding of the Reliance network was far greater than anyone I have met thus far.  Furthermore, her knowledge of web-based theory extends far beyond most trainers capabilities. Anyone sitting under her instruction will find she shares her knowledge with a passion and energy that is very refreshing. During that short training, I learned of more ways to use the Reliance Network than I ever dreamed possible.  With her help, I am well on my way to using the system more efficiently and effectively. My only regret is that I do not work closer to her office so I could mentor with her more often.  I cannot express how frustrating it is trying to use the tools available to us with little or no knowledge of computers.  Dolores certainly changed that for me in a crash course basis.  If she can teach me, I feel confident you will learn from her and realize as I did, she is worth her weight in gold.

Lots of people pretend to be experts when it comes to design of a website and the ability to bring traffic. But, I must applaud you for your skill, knowledge and above all, your honesty in our efforts to help build my business. Although I am new at much of this “stuff”, you’ve made me feel like an expert and taken the time to be sure I can not only perform a function, but that I understand why I am doing it.
