Buyer VIP Service

Posted by by Monmouth County-Monroe Twp News and Real Estate Information on 24th July 2006

Here are some figures for buyers looking in Monmouth County. As of 11:42 pm Sunday July 23rd there are 7,091 active listings in Monmouth County though the MLS and 1,325 of those are priced under $300,000. One of the best methods to obtain current listings and notifications of future listings is to ask your agent to setup a property search for you. Your results will be emailed as much as every day or as little as once a week if you choose.

Property notification can be setup through IDX or directly through the MLS depending on how much detail you would like to receive. Buyers definitely have an advantage with this service as they not only become aware of new listings immediately but it also eliminates the need to spend hours searching many websites for available properties. If you have an agent and have not yet utilized this service, ask about it.

If you’re not working with an agent and would like to be setup you can email us at db086@comcast.net and tell us some details of the home you’re looking for, area and price range. I’ll be happy to setup your search for you on Dan’s site www.callmehome.com or if you prefer through the MLS. I understand that you may be in the information gathering stage, so your online privacy will be respected and when you feel you are ready to actively proceed you can reach out to us. Have a great Monday!
