NJ Real Estate Blog or Website?

Posted by by Monmouth County-Monroe Twp News and Real Estate Information on 26th February 2007

Current Mood: Happy emoticon Happy

I Received an email today asking me if this was a real estate blog or a real estate website (from a fellow agent) and I guess I would say both. I love the real estate business and I also love to talk/blog so it’s sort of the best of both worlds. I am adding more features this week including easy access graphic buttons at the header, a property search box on the side panel, hopefully I will complete the property watch section and just for fun I’m adding a nice picture album (not real estate related). I’m not sure about the current header once the other buttons come into play so maybe a change there also. Please notice I have created a few child pages under the left sidepanel because we seem to be filling up pretty quickly, so the All About Mortgages tab now contains a child page (All about Pre-approvals, and a few more are being added in as well. That’s it for tonight.

visit me tomorrow on Dan’s www.monmouthcountyhouses.com I’ll be working all day!

Sharing with Other Agents and FSBO’s

Posted by by Monmouth County-Monroe Twp News and Real Estate Information on 15th February 2007

I happen to stumble across this site http://realivent.com/index.php while I was looking online for a widget for my blog.  This site is great for agents and for “for sale by owners”… In no more than 10 minutes this is what I created ..http://realivent.com/api/virtual_tour.php?listing_id=405786

Here is where it gets even better… you can also create a blog for free with many widgets already installed! And if thats not enough… it will also create a flyer for you AAAAANNND you can also get the template code to paste on craigslist!!!  See the best things in life are FREE!!!

I am not in any way affiliated with that site..Like I said it’s just a great tool I thought I would share :)

Nothing to do with Real Estate Post…

Gift

Well it’s 9:30 on a Friday night and I miss my babies! Time goes by so fast. My son Billy made this for me when he was in grammer school. One arm ( that thing sticking out of his head is an arm) flew off in the firing oven and ruined the other classmates projects. Billy seemed to be very proud of that story, it somehow gave his artwork character and strength. Billy is 22 now and out for a typical 22 year old’s Friday night but it wasn’t that long ago when a smiling face ran up to me with this gift that meant more to me than any store bought gift I could ever imagine and probably always will. That was 15 years ago, yet it still feels like yesterday…
